I see the equilibrium point, set in the last quarter of 2009, shifting to a higher level during this period. I see global resolutions, to long standing: environmental, monetary, and trade related issues, intensifying January’s initial economic thrust. So, why do we lump different philosophy and dissident philosophy together? Why not try seeing that what makes us different is worth embracing. Understanding that accepting our differences forgives the original sins of indifference and intolerance that we commit against our psyches at an early age. These dark blotches seek to consume us, while dulling our senses and tainting our perception, in the process. In essence, our world becomes monochromatic as these original sins continue to diminish our colorful existence into binary hues of black and white. Fuzzy logic may be fine for artificial intelligence applications but is no way to live life. After all are we not more than the sum of our parts. Do we not see the world as more than a binary sequence of zeros and ones? Is not life full of infinite numbers, colors, and possibilities?

So, why live in the void of societal reality thrust upon us at birth. Instead, I issue a challenge. Question what you believe and dare to be different. Embrace that which makes us different and find out how it unifies us. You may be surprised that the common threads that tie all perspectives together run through all schools of thought. Envision our lives interconnected like the individual strands of a spider’s web. To ignore threads that run parallel to ours and capriciously dismiss them without even considering their possible intersection with our thread is not only ignorance at its best but truly shows how blinded we are as a society.

Therefore, before you arbitrarily and summarily dismiss psychics, the paranormal, and Para-Psychologist as charlatans, frauds, and hoodwinkers. I ask you who are more insane the people that lost billions of dollars to Bernie Madoff and still invest billions with hedge funds expecting huge returns or the people that lost millions consulting Sean David Morton for psychic financial advice and still consult psychics?

There isn’t much to do in this small upstate New York rural town for young adults. There are a few bars, a bowling alley, miscellaneous fast-food joints, and a movie theater. After numerous repeated visits to any local hang-out spots, they became boring and cumbersome. That is why on this particular night I decided to be different.

Leaving town for a few hours became an adventure when I was behind the wheel of a car. Deciding to venture away from the safety of the highway I discovered many new and exciting routes out of this small town. These roads usually led to outside country routes for neighboring countries. The driving around was therapeutic for the monotonies of life and they usually were hours in duration.

After a quick dinner and movie in the neighboring county, my friend and I entered back into our small town. We had been engaged in conversation typical to many young female adults about the trials and tribulations circling around relationships. Needless to say our minds were concentrating on the perils of her relationship with her boyfriend and not so much on the weather outside.

Outside the car was a slow, steady rain. The street lights reflected off the pockets of water and leaves on the road. Leaving the safety and comforts of  the village roads, I began a slow climb up a steep hill bordering the town’s historic cemetery. It was about two o’clock in the morning and there were no houses on this road. On one side was the cemetery and on the other side a guard rail protecting motorists from a steep drop off. About halfway, or a mile up the road our conversation was rudely interrupted by a chance encounter with a jogging female. I swerved suddenly to avoid striking this pedestrian. She kept her stride and continued jogging, not seeming to be phased by almost colliding with my car . Most peculiar about this situation was that this woman was all white. She seemed to be comprised of a thick white fog, and you could see through her. Naturally her appearance was most shocking to us. In addition to what we were seeing we discussed why a female would be jogging on a steep road, late at night, in the rain. It was so odd to us that when I reached the top of the hill, I turned around and slowly crept back down.

I was driving slowly  down the hill hoping that my imagination had got the best of me. I was certain that this woman was real and that I might ask her if she needed any assistance upon approaching her again. Talking about the situation with my friend, I was taken by surprise when I turned my head and looked outside. She was jogging along with my car! Cautiously I rolled down the window in the car. The air was still outside and it was eerily quiet. Even the rain fell silently as if it transitioned into a fine mist within minutes. I called out to the woman inquiring if she needed any assistance. In any normal situation it would be expected that the woman would stop, or at least slow down, let alone provide me with a verbal answer to my question. She did none of this. The female jogger continued down the road without a lag in her step. As I followed her down the hill my friend and I both watched as she seemed to fade upon approaching the road entering the cemetery.

I often wondered if I was psychic as I was born with a veil.  As a person born with a caul I was always told I was sensitive or psychic.  Several incidents like the one that occurred with the jogger confirmed this belief throughout my life.

I foresaw that our resolve refused to falter today. We did not allow a privileged few to achieve their dreams by slighting the less fortunate. I saw that all men regardless of status at birth gained a foothold for a better life today. The God given right of equality, fair wage, and the ability to make a better life became the rally cry of the day. I saw the truly deplorable mindset of the past were money and materialism dictated the fate of children not yet old enough to understand why their daddy could not get the operation he needed to save his life, set aside. I saw evil greed and materialism dumbfounded today as they met with the sharp fiery swords of Angels. Angels charged with protecting Gods children flew down from the heavens today. These Angels did battle with the spiritual forces, minions, and principalities that sought to oppose God’s will emerging victorious. I saw that today a spiritual breakthrough in how we view our responsibility to our neighbors’ and childrens’ needs sealed the “new deal” for a better tomorrow.

In addition, 2010 promises to bring us some amazing changes, in all aspects of our lives.  We hope to provide some foresight into those changes, in the hopes of  bettering our lives.  And, it may simply provide entertainment for some.
