For more than ** years, my mom and aunt get constant pranks from a man who is stalking them and threatening them. Who is this person, is it someone we know? And why are they doing these pranks and threats? Will anyone actually be hurt from this person?

I feel as that you guys need to contact the authority. Next time this person calls, say calmly but seriously that if you will ever receive another phone call from them that you will report them to the authorities, and possibly even threaten a lawsuit for harassment. Even so, I'd still contact the police sooner rather than later. I don't sense any physical harm, but nevertheless I feel that reporting is the right move.
